Sona characters are fictional AI personas. They do not have consciousness, feelings, professional qualifications, or access to emergency services.
Sona is intended for adults aged 18 or older and must not be used for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
Plans and purchases
Know what you receive before you pay.
Sona may offer subscriptions and consumable credit packs. The exact product, price, currency, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown at the point of purchase.
Purchases made through an app store are billed, cancelled, and refunded under that store's processes. Web purchases, when available, are handled by a payment processor under Sona's published billing and refund policy.
